2024 CPTSC Graduate Student Research Award

We are pleased to announce the winners of the second annual CPTSC Graduate Student Research Award. The committee selected three winners from an excellent pool of applications:

  • Kalie Leonard, University of Minnesota, “Current Trends in the Content Operations Industry and Implications for Teaching Technical Communication,” was awarded $500
  • Codi Renee Blackmon, East Carolina University, “Implementing A Graduate Student Instructor (GSI) Institute on Race and Ethnicity,” was awarded $250
  • Thais Rodrigues Cons, University of Arizona, “Drawing on Writing Center experience to advance Technical Professional Communication in Brazil,” was awarded $250
