Membership and Conference Registration

Annual Membership

Membership runs on an annual cycle based on the time that you purchase your membership. For example, if you joined or renewed in July, then your membership will be due in July of the following year. At the time of renewal, you will receive an email letting you know that it is time to renew.

Conference registration options are only available during conference season, from August through October.

All purchases (registrations, memberships) are non-refundable.

🧑‍🎓 While graduate students can attend our annual conference for free, individual membership is still required.
